Special Delivery Arrangement of Inclement Weather Condition

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above:

Delivery service will be suspended. If the signal remains hoisted at noon, the delivery service will be suspended that day.

Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning:

Delivery service will be suspended and to be resumed subject to the weather. If delivery service is not able to continued, a new delivery schedule will be notified through the message center.

If the warning is issued during normal opening hours, the shops will remain open. If the warning is issued before the shops open, the shops will be closed until the warning is canceled. If the warning is canceled less than 4 hours before normal closing hours, the shops will remain closed that day.
