There are 2 levels of Star Distribution membership: Basic Member and Prestige Member.

 

Membership Level

Star Distribution Membership for Basic Member and Prestige Member

For every HK$500 spent, you can earn $10 shopping credit, which can be used for spending on Star Distribution website. Shopping credits are calculated based on the amount after discount.
The shopping credit can be valid for 180 days, and members must ensure that all points are used before the shopping credit expires.
Unlimited deduction per transaction. If the order is cancelled, the shopping credits earned from the purchase will be automatically deducted.
If the product is returned or refunded due to product damage or quality problems, the corresponding shopping fee will not be deducted.

Members can deduct the corresponding amount with shopping gold at checkout. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Shopping credits cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be used for refund or exchange for cash.

 

Shopping Discount

Membership Day: Premium Members can enjoy 5% off (every Wednesday and Thursday)


The total discounted price is calculated based on the amount converted into cash using member discounts, discount codes, and shopping credits.
